Minutes of THIRD General Body Meeting
The minutes of the Third General Body meeting; 5th December,2023.
Discussion and Resolutions passed in third General Body Meeting.
The third General Body meeting was held on 5th December, 2022 at 4.30 pm in the Ramalayam.
The resulutions passed in the meeting are as follows;
1. The President in his speech said that he alone can not do any thing. It is the encouragement and cooperation that helps the elected body to make wonders.
2. Every primary member should try to increase the membership.
3. The Proposal of Get-together from morning to evening at any nearest point like Botanical garden is accepted unanimously on equally sharing basis.
4. The president was given power to constitute an organising committee which can look after Date and place selection, arrangements, food and recreational activities, collection, planning expendature, etc.
5. A whats app group can be created to pass on the information instantly and to be in touch with every one mutually.
The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by joint Secretary Pandurangaiah. Back to Minutes of Meeting
